1) Who We Are
RapidSlideDoctor specializes in sliding door repair, installation, and maintenance services throughout Florida. We're committed to delivering exceptional service and lasting results.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing our services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3) Service Area
We primarily serve customers throughout Florida. Service to areas outside our standard coverage zone may require additional travel fees or may not be available. We'll confirm coverage when you contact us.
4) Estimates, Pricing & Payment
- Free Estimates: We provide free on-site estimates. The final price is determined after our technician inspects your door and identifies all necessary repairs.
- Pricing: All quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices may vary based on parts availability, complexity of work, and any unforeseen issues discovered during repair.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at booking.
- Additional Costs: Sales tax, disposal fees for old parts, and costs for special-order materials are additional unless included in your written quote.
5) Scheduling & Access
- Appointment Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows and make every effort to arrive on time. Delays due to traffic, weather, prior job extensions, or emergencies may occur. We'll notify you promptly of any significant delays.
- Access Requirements: You must provide safe, clear access to the work area. Please remove any fragile items, decorations, or obstacles near the sliding door before our arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service call fee, especially if our technician is already en route.
6) Warranty
We stand behind our work. Our labor warranty covers workmanship defects as specified on your invoice (typically 1 year for labor). Parts carry a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Water damage, hurricanes, or other acts of nature
- Modifications or repairs performed by others
- Failure to follow maintenance recommendations
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice number and description of the issue.
7) Materials & Parts
We use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or compatible parts. When available, manufacturer warranties pass through to you. We make no representations about the availability or performance of discontinued or obsolete parts.
8) Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your sliding door type, size, and issues
- Ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the appointment
- Follow all safety and maintenance instructions provided by our technicians
- Notify us immediately if any issues arise after service
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage beyond the immediate work area, or personal injury not directly caused by our negligence.
10) Photos, Videos & Testimonials
With your verbal or written permission, we may photograph or video the work area for quality control, training, portfolio purposes, or marketing. We may also request testimonials or reviews. All content will be used respectfully and your personal information will be anonymized unless you specifically consent to identification.
11) Safety & Compliance
Our technicians follow industry-standard safety practices and comply with applicable Florida building codes. You agree to comply with all safety instructions provided regarding the operation and maintenance of your repaired sliding door.
12) Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us immediately at 888-477-8907. We're committed to resolving issues amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Florida.
13) Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent update.
14) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
